It's my birthday today! Woot woot! Excited, etc. I'm probably getting some sweet clothes, and I plan on adding a whole schmeal of new stuff here in the future. I've been neglecting dev.art lately, so I plan to change that. I've been here about two years now? Wowies.

--- 100 part challenge ---

The point of this challenge is to test and improve your skill as an artist. After 100 pics who wouldn't be better? Please forgive me if this in any way excludes you from taking the challenge.

The rules

Today is, as some of you may know, my birthday. I am exceedingly happy, and very glad that I have not received presents from people, thereby requiring me to give equally thoughtful gifts back. I am not so great when it comes to thoughtfull-ness and gifts.

I wish each and every one of you a happy evening and stuff.
Today was AWESOME.

I've somehow managed to make it through the summer in one peice.
Woo.

I'm heading off to my friend's house for a bit of a party soon, so that should be fun. I really wonder why I write these things sometimes. Hm.

I've got tons of random sketch sheets piled up around here, and I'm hoping to put some of my fanfiction ideas into motion soon. -sigh- I make so much work for myself.

Ah, who am I kidding? I love it.

Anyways, I was pleasantly surprised to get a request for an art trade from my friend , so I'll be working on that in the near future.

So deviants, summer is upon us.
Isn't it just super?

Movie season of course, so I'm frequenting the theater with my sister, in the hopes of finding some movie worthy of fandom.
Besides the one we've been waiting for since we first saw it's counterpart.

I am, of course, talking about Pirates of the Caribbean. I cannot wait! AAAAAAAAAAAAH!
There, I screamed. I knew I would.
Another pleasant surprise is all the super-hero type movies they've thrust upon us this year. Not that I'm complaining, it's a nice break from reality.

You may be wondering why I took such a long break, and well... I'm not gona offer any explanation other than I was focusing on more important things.
I haven't given p on my art, however. I plan on improving and developing more original charachters in the future.

Also, I've been tagged AGAIN by the lovely , so I suppose I now have to hand out more random facts about myself.

Huh. Well, I guess I’ve been tagged by the ever-so-awesome Invader Maz, so I’ll have to spew a few of my secrets at you. No explanations for these at the moment. If any related art appears, you’ll be sure to see it though.

1. I wish my hair was any color but brown.
2. I tend to over-think things and never take action.
3. I am desperately scared that the people I admire will turn out to be nothing special at all.
4. I’m scared of growing old.
5. I feel like I should do as much as I can to save the world from… stuff.
6. I laugh at things that aren’t funny, and I can’t for the life of me figure out why.
